4. Unscrew the funnel of the collection tube, seal the collection tube with the cap in the box, and gently turn the collection tube up and down several times. Make sure no leakage, cytoprotective solution and saliva are well mixed.
5. Put the sealed collection tube into the collection bag in the box and seal it again.
