        Nucleic acid purification kits（magnetic bead extraction reagents）are automation-ready plates prefilled suitably configured for Instruments. The beads / nucleic acids complex are then separated from lysates using a magnet. Purified DNA/RNA are then eluted when the buffer condition is adjusted.
