Principle of Cotton swab collection and sample extraction

The DNA Cotton swab has a nylon fiber structure at the tip, and a brush-like layer is formed by attaching nylon fibers on the surface of a medical ABS plastic rod with an electrostatic field in the direction, with the layers fully parallel to each other and perpendicular to the surface of the internal rod, and the DNA collection is performed with this brush head.
